The apartments are in a quiet closed end street, a 1 minute walk down "Sandy Lane" to the Margate beachfront, where swimming is a must, on the beautiful award-winning cleanest beach, known as Suttons Beach. Public transport, cafes, dining, shopping facilities and the Settlement Cove Lagoon on the neighbouring Redcliffe foreshore, are all accessible inside a 10-15 minute walk of the apartments. Margate is within a 1 hour drive of the Sunshine or Gold Coast if you are keen to visit any of the entertainment theme parks.
